Until November 2027, every Hippo Mat™ order is a pre-order that will arrive anytime between October 1st and December 20th 2027. Once this pre-order period has ended, orders will usually be dispatched within 2 working days.

We hope you love your Hippo Mat™. If not, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
unused
in its original condition
returned with its original packaging where possible
Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:
return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty
pre-order items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, not from the date the order was placed
If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
