Text Instructions:
1. Cut out the road signs (remember to leave white edges for the stop sign, mini roundabout sign, and no entry signs)
2. Glue a sign to each lolly stick
3. Pierce lids with knife *adult help needed*
4. Push a stick into each base
5. Voila!
