Help Reg in his Pledge to help children across the country learn about their local area in the satisfying way that only Hippo Mat™ does, whilst simultaneously appreciating some of the greatest groups of people and organisations the country has to offer. Whether it’s a school a with an amazing set of values shaping the next generation of superstars, places which may have limited resources and are doing the best they can with what they’ve got, or an organisation who are working to change the course of people’s lives in a positive and impactful way, we’d like to contribute in some way.
The Delaware Pre-Schoolers have been enjoying their #CornwallHippoMat, gifted to them through our Reg’s Pledge initiative. Busy Play! 🚘
🏫 Delaware Pre-school have a dedicated Special Educational Needs and Disabilities coordinator to ensure everyone gets the most out of their time at Pre-School. Equality at its best – Noice! 😊
“The mother and baby unit residents love the mat and have been busy showing the babies the sights of Manchester on it!
Unfortunately due to COVID many of our babies have been unable to go out on town so know very little of the world outside of the prison – which is really quite sad. The Manchester Hippo Mat has given them a brief glimpse of Manchester city and they all really enjoy playing on it.
Thank you once again for providing us with one!”
Our goal is to gift a free Hippo Mat™ to as many deserving places around the UK as possible. With that said, to keep us accountable and on-track here’s an up-to-date insight to our progress, with our first milestone of achievement being 100 organisations:
The students at Colne Park Primary School are enjoying their #LondonHippoMat, gifted to them through our Reg’s Pledge initiative. Legends! 🙌
Although Park Primary is based in Lancashire, the students are looking forward to being able to explore the capital from the classroom, particularly useful as it’s their current topic, and the London Hippo Mat™ has over 30 unique landmarks and features 😲
🏫 At the school, they teach strong values such as setting good examples to those younger than you, to be caring, cheerful, friendly, honest, pleased when others succeed, polite, and honest. The future is in good hands 😊
